general terms

These terms apply to the services offered by Aurora Hunting (All About Lapland Ltd), and specifically to the packaged trip to Finnish Lapland 24–29.3.2023 (further referred to as Aurora Mafia Roadtrip). The itinerary of the trip, as well as hotels, programs and meals offered during the Aurora Mafia Roadtrip are subject to change. The maximum amount of paying customers on Aurora Mafia Roadtrip is limited to 20 pax. The language used for guiding and during all services is English if not otherwise stated or agreed.

Booking & confirmation

By booking the Aurora Mafia Roadtrip you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the cancellation policy. The booking for the trip is confirmed after the full prepayment (100%) has been received by All About Lapland Ltd, and a subsequent confirmation of booking via online communication has been received by the customer (such as email, phone, text, messenger service) .

cancellation policy

For cancellation, please contact by sending an email to the address hello@auroramafia.fi stating your wish for cancellation. 
The cancellation terms are as follows:

150–71 days prior to the start of the program: 4% of the total amount held as charge (transaction fees covered)
70 days prior to the start of the program: 10% of the total amount held as charge
30 days prior to the start of the program: 25% of the total amount held as a charge
29–8 days prior to the start of the program: 50% of the total amount held as a charge
0–196 hours prior to the start program, or in case of no show: 100% of the total amount held as a charge

The start of the program is considered as 0.00 on 24.3.2023.

Payments

The payments will be conducted only via a credit card using an online payment link. The prices include VAT according to the taxation laws of Finland.

Liability

Aurora Hunting (All About Lapland Ltd) shall exercise pro-activity, contingency, due diligence and appropriate health and safety measures in accordance with the laws and regulations of Finland. Aurora Hunting (All About Lapland Ltd) may only be held liable for personal injuries or material damage arising from accidents that have happened during the delivery of the offered services and which are caused by negligence of the Aurora Hunting (All About Lapland Ltd) or its employees.

Aurora Hunting (All About Lapland Ltd) is not liable for any accidental damage or injury which has to be indemnified under the travel insurance of a customer. Program services can be physically demanding (such as walking in the deep snow), and the participants may be exposed to physical strain or cold weather. In case of having any illnesses or disabilities (for instance heart disease, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, back or hip problems) that could affect your ability to take part in the programs, or in case of pregnancy, you should consult medical experts prior to participating in the programs. By taking part in the programs you understand and accept the risks.

Liability insurance

Aurora Hunting (All About Lapland Ltd) has a general third party liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage according to the terms and conditions of insurance company “OP Vakuutus”.

Force Majeure

Aurora Hunting (All About Lapland Ltd) shall not be held liable for any default, damage or loss due to a condition of force majeure or due to a similar cause (including but not limited to air space restrictions, terrorism, pandemic or outbreak of a disease, war, strike, extreme weather, or other natural condition etc.). If encountered a force majeure condition, Aurora Hunting (All About Lapland Ltd) shall keep you fully informed of the continuance of the force majeure condition.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Finnish Law. The Finnish Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy or claim. First instance shall be The District Court of Lapland – Lapin Käräjäoikeus in Rovaniemi, Finland.

Severability

If any part, term or provision of these terms and conditions is partly or wholly held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of other provisions, extent part and remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to these terms & conditions

These terms and conditions can be changed at any time without further notice by Aurora Hunting (All About Lapland Ltd). Changes will not apply to bookings placed prior to changes to these terms & reservations.
